Botezatu Estrade Partners is a team of agile lawyers, all sourced from top international and local law firms, with an impressive track record of achievements acquired over time in high-profile transactions and complex disputes conducted in a wide array of practice areas.
The vision
Our client wanted to create an app as a guide and lawyer contact tool that informs users during the course of offense investigation proceedings. The White Collar Application provides Users with useful information on the behavior of target entities and individuals involved in an activity conducted by a judicial authority (e.g., police, prosecutors, DNA, DIICOT, court) during the course of investigation proceedings. It includes a summary of relevant information before, during, and after a police search, including information about the rights and obligations during searches.

Our Work
RiseApp is always ready to do something unique, and that has a great impact on people’s lives, so we had a great time developing this app. We have discussed the project very deeply and started to work on this app. We have integrated features such as:
- The Red Button – instantly call your lawyer
- GPS Tracker for the lawyer that is heading the client’s way
- Useful information about the police search
- Manage Account – personalized news and area of interest
The result
We have provided a useful, scalable, intangible solution to build and develop an easy-to-use mobile. The application was written almost entirely in Ionic at the client’s request.
Wireframing and the UI design were created in Sketch, building a completely custom user experience. We worked with Invision for prototyping and collaboration on design.
Being developing cross-platform iOS & Android applications over Ionic is reducing the overall cost and complexity of the development cycle. Ensuring that the platform-specific guidelines are met for the user experience on the application front end.
I had the pleasure of working with RiseApp in the development of actLegalRomania - Dawn Raid and actLegalRomania - White Collar applications, two applications in the legal zone, representing general compliance guides in the field of competition law and criminal law, the first applications developed by a law firm from Romania. Since the beginning of the collaboration, the team has had a professional attitude, seeking to understand in detail the needs of developing our applications and as a client, proposing from the beginning more options of implementation and development, which allowed us to choose the variant that brought to us the most added value. Subsequently, in the context of application development, we have benefited from their full support and we continue to benefit from the very rich, innovative and agile expertise on the finalization of the applications and the implementation of innovative solutions for their continuous improvement.
