The vision
Dawn Raid Mobile App was thought of as a very useful toolkit for companies and their employees involved in dawn raids conducted by the Romanian Competition Council.
The Dawn Raid App includes a summary of relevant information before, during and after a dawn raid as well as some follow-ups during an investigation by the Competition Council. It includes information about the rights and obligations during the investigation by the Romanian Competition Council. The client will find this information in the relevant sections of the App.
If the Romanian Competition Council rushes somebody in their office to search for relevant information and documents, the client should remain calm and contact the lawyers immediately just by pressing “YourRedButton,” which will directly put him in touch with the team that is available for immediate legal assistance. I had the pleasure of working with RiseApp in the development of actLegalRomania - Dawn Raid and actLegalRomania - White Collar applications, two applications in the legal zone, representing general compliance guides in the field of competition law and criminal law, the first applications developed by a law firm from Romania. RiseApp is always ready to do something unique, and that has a great impact on people’s lives, so we had a great time developing this app. We have discussed the project very deeply and started to work on this app. We have integrated features such as:
- The Red Button in case of emergency
- GPS Tracker for the lawyer that is heading the client’s way
- Documents with do and don’t in case of a raid
- WhatsApp or phone contact button that leads directly to the lawyer assigned
- Quiz –personal quizzes for company’s employees
- Manage Account – personalized news and area of interest
